Emily Mowry

Emily is a member of the Class of 2023, majoring in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry and English Literature.

Currently, she is investigating the role of phage Ibhubesi gp52 as a potential antitoxin and its operon's involvement with counter defense. She is also verifying the gene's promoter. Aside from this, she organizes the PHIRE restriction digest project.
